1. Introduction

Poof Ads("we", "our", or "us") is an advertising management platform operated by the Israeli Center for Companies (K-Next) / ITEC Israel at https://ads.itec-israel.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Poof Ads to manage advertising accounts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the platforms and features you use, we may collect:

  • Account and profile details such as name and email address
  • Authentication credentials and OAuth access / refresh tokens for connected platforms
  • Advertising account identifiers, campaign structures, creatives metadata, and performance metrics
  • Lead form submissions and related CRM fields when lead features are enabled
  • Pages, profiles, assets, and permissions you explicitly authorize us to access
  • Product usage data required to operate dashboards, portals, billing views, and support

3. Google Ads Data & Google Ads API

When you connect Google Ads, Poof Ads uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to access advertising data and capabilities you authorize. We process this data solely to provide Poof Ads functionality to your organization, including:

  • Connecting Google Ads accounts belonging to your business or managed clients
  • Reading campaign, ad group, ad, and performance data for reporting and optimization
  • Creating or updating campaigns, budgets, and related entities when authorized users request actions in the product
  • Supporting multi-account agency workflows and restricted client portal access

We do not sell Google Ads data. We do not use Google user data for independent advertising, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes outside operating Poof Ads for authorized customers. Users may revoke Google access at any time from Poof Ads Settings or through Google Account permissions.

4. TikTok Ads Data & TikTok Marketing API

When you connect TikTok Ads, Poof Ads uses TikTok OAuth and the TikTok Marketing / Business API to access advertising data and capabilities you authorize. We process this data solely to provide Poof Ads functionality, including:

  • Connecting TikTok Ads advertiser accounts belonging to your business or managed clients
  • Reading campaign and performance data for reporting and optimization inside Poof Ads
  • Creating or updating campaigns and related entities when authorized users request actions in the product
  • Supporting agency multi-account workflows and restricted client portal access

We do not sell TikTok Ads data. We do not use TikTok user or advertiser data for unrelated commercial purposes outside operating Poof Ads for authorized customers. Users may revoke TikTok access at any time from Poof Ads Settings or through TikTok account permissions.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Display, manage, and report on advertising campaigns and connected accounts
  • Provide analytics, lead management, billing summaries, and client portal experiences
  • Publish or manage assets when those features are actively used
  • Authenticate users, enforce permissions, and maintain platform security
  • Provide customer support and improve product reliability

We do not sell personal or advertising account data.

6. Sharing & Processors

We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting, databases, and email) strictly to operate Poof Ads. These processors act on our instructions and are not authorized to use customer data for their own purposes. Connected advertising platforms remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Storage & Security

Access tokens and account credentials are stored securely using industry-standard practices. We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Tokens are used only when required to deliver product features.

8. Retention & Deletion

You may disconnect Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta, or other platforms at any time from Settings. When a connection is removed, stored tokens and credentials for that connection are deleted or disabled from active use. To request deletion of remaining account data, email info@itec-israel.com.

9. International Users

Poof Ads is operated from Israel and may process data on infrastructure located in other jurisdictions as needed to deliver the service securely and reliably.
